Graag nodigen we je uit voor Inclusivity 24 op donderdag 12 september 16.00. Na een succesvolle kick off vorig jaar (aftermovie) vinden we het belangrijk om nu door te pakken. Tijdens deze editie staat 'Investeren in Talent’ centraal. Hoe kunnen we Zuidas samen nog inclusiever maken en iedereen bewegen mee te doen? Daar hebben we jou voor nodig! Inclusivity 24 is een samenwerking van Vebego, Nationale Postcode Loterij, MBO College Zuid & Hello Zuidas.

Nationale Postcode Loterij & VriendenLoterij
Lilian Hendrick is Hoofd Human Resources bij de Nationale Postcode Loterij en VriendenLoterij. Zij deelt haar inzichten over het Divers Talent-programma van de Loterijen. Dit programma biedt talenten met een afstand tot de arbeidsmarkt de kans via een werkervaringsplek door te stromen en zo mee te draaien binnen de organisatie. Lilian vertelt over de beweegredenen achter het programma, de uitdagingen die erbij komen kijken, en de impact op zowel de organisatie als medewerkers. Haar verhaal geeft concrete tips voor organisaties die streven naar een inclusievere werkvloer.
In Zuidas is het MBO College Zuid gevestigd. Wat kunnen hun studenten betekenen voor bedrijven en instellingen op de Zuidas? Huub Nelis, Voorzitter directie MBO College Zuid bij ROC van Amsterdam | Flevoland, Mireille Coutinho, docent Recht & Ranija Ezzimousa, afgestudeerd bij de opleiding Event Producer delen graag hun ervaring aan de hand van een Q&A.
Wethouder Sofyan Mbarki is wethouder bij Gemeente Amsterdam en beheert o.a. de volgende portefeuilles: Economische Zaken, MBO en toeleiding arbeidsmarkt, Sport & Bewegen. Hij zal tijdens Inclusivity 24 graag zijn visie delen.
Is de organisatie voor gebiedsmanagement in Zuidas. De doelstelling van Hello Zuidas is een optimaal functionerende en aantrekkelijke Zuidas voor alle personen en organisaties die in het gebied gevestigd zijn. Elisa Schouten, Projectmanager Diversiteit & Inclusie zal samen met Olivier Otten, Directeur vertellen waarom zij vinden dat een inclusieve Zuidas zo belangrijk is en waarom zij graag partner zijn voor Inclusivity 24.
Deze zomer staan de Paralympische Spelen voor de deur. Tijdens Inclusivity 24 zullen Topsporters Sam Schröder, Rolstoeltennisser & Zara Temmink, Atlete aanwezig zijn om hun ervaringen te delen. Hoe bereik je de top? Welke uitdagingen kom je tegen?

We would like to invite you to Inclusivity 24 on Thursday, September 12 at 4:00 PM. After a successful kickoff last year (aftermovie), we find it important to continue building on that momentum. This edition focuses on 'Investing in Talent'. How can we work together to make Zuidas even more inclusive and encourage everyone to participate? We need you to help us achieve this! Located in Zuidas, MBO College Zuid offers opportunities for companies and institutions in the Zuidas area. Huub Nelis, Chairman of the Board of MBO College Zuid at ROC van Amsterdam | Flevoland, Mireille Coutinho, Law teacher, and Ranija Ezzimousa, graduate of the Event Producer program, are eager to share their experiences through a Q&A session.
City of Amsterdam
Sofyan Mbarki, Deputy Mayor at the City of Amsterdam, oversees portfolios including Economic Affairs, MBO and labor market access, and Sports & Exercise. He will gladly share his vision during Inclusivity 24.
Hello Zuidas
Hello Zuidas is the area management organization for Zuidas, aiming to create an optimally functioning and attractive Zuidas for all individuals and organizations in the area. Elisa Schouten, Project Manager for Diversity & Inclusion, together with Olivier Otten, Director, will explain why they believe an inclusive Zuidas is so important and why they are eager to be a partner for Inclusivity 24.
The Paralympic Games are just around the corner this summer. During Inclusivity 24, top athletes Sam Schröder, wheelchair tennis player, and Zara Temmink, athlete, will be present to share their experiences. How do you reach the top? What challenges do you face?
